Free deliveries within Port of Spain and environs generally within 2 days

Free deliveries in Chaguanas, San Fernando & environs within 3 days

Delivery of non stock items is on an item by item basis and will be confirmed in a quotation.

Urgent deliveries and deliveries to rural areas will be dispatched via TTPost or Foxx Couriers or any other carrier of your choice.  Charge will be included on your invoice.

Returns & Refunds

Defective Merchandise at time of receipt – 100%

Delivery error – 100%

Returns other than above within 7 days in sealed original packaging  -100%

Salable merchandise on special orders of non stocked items returned in sealed original packaging with prior authorization  80%

For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on the following products unless in sealed unopened packaging:-

Incontinence products, plastic home care items, beds, mattress coverings and pads, commodes, toilet seats and rails, stockings, braces (knee, neck, arm) or any item that comes into contact with the skin.
